We are currently in training to complete a round trip through the Mackenzie, Waitaki, Waimate and Timaru Districts by cycling from Timaru-Tekapo-Kurow-Timaru over a three day Charity ride covering 385km. The first day of riding begins on the 18th Feb with the final day the 20th Feb and all for charity. Sponsorship/donations would be greatly appreciated for this event and the hours and km's of training put in. Money raised goes towards South Cantebury Hospice, YMCA, Graeme Dingle Foundation, South Canterbury Child Restraints, Heart Kids, MS South Canterbury, Riding For The Disabled, Family Works.

To ready ourselves we are averaging 140-150km per week in training so we can achieve our goal of completing this ride and at the same time raise funds for these great serving charities.

Supporting Great Charities 24 February 2021

Job done, we completed the 385km round trip over three glorious days. It seemed daunting to get out there and doing it but once into the riding and having the support of our co riders we managed to get through. People that reach out to these charities may find it daunting without their support and earing stories of what some go through really pulls at the heart strings and why we took up this challenge. What we done is a minor challenge to what some go through in life and ask for you donations for a few more days. For the efforts we have put in over the ride and training rides over 2500km over five months we ask for your support for people the can't or find it hard to make life choices, please donate and yes we will be back for more!
