KAASO Water Harvesting Project

$750 donated
Given by 5 generous donors in around 7 months

Support our latest fundraiser to establish a comprehensive water harvesting system at KAASO.

Northland

There is currently guttering on less than a third of the buildings at KAASO, meaning that valuable fresh water is wasted every time it rains. The new water harvesting system will add guttering to every building at KAASO and see the construction of two giant concrete tanks, adding to the handful of existing small tanks, which will collect rain water off the school roofs. This new system will cut down on expensive diesel for the current water pump, save the children hours of time walking to the well, and secure a supply of fresh, clean, safe drinking water for the KAASO community.

I am fundraising on behalf of the KAASO Uganda community. All funds raised will be transferred directly to KAASO in Uganda in aid of their water harvesting project.
