Pat - for the South Island leg I promised an extra $1 a blog - but you fell short of what I was hoping for - due entirely to the undeveloped state of Vodafone in the SI ! So I have upped the ante a bit! Just hope you can now make a book/documentary/e-book of your epic - your blogs have all the material needed. And well done on completing the journey in one piece!
