Mental health awareness has long been a subject close to my heart, and I - along with my two children - wanted to do something proactive in raising both funds and a greater understanding of how suicide affects not just the individual but those left to wonder why.
Those of you who know us will understand the wider story, but no person or group is immune to suicide and the numbers in NZ are staggering. Even if our fundraiser can help one person, it’s a good start
