Lopping the Locks
To show a little bit of love back I am chopping 45cm of my hair to donate towards making wigs and raising money for Starship Hospital.

A couple of years ago my 18month old niece ended up in Starship after doctors could not figure out what was wrong with her. She was later diagnosed with cardiomyopathy.
From there the hospital cared for her so amazingly, even letting her watch Trolls on repeat everyday. I'm imagining the nurses who cared for her day in and day out would know all the lines off by heart, the were amazing.
My niece was strong and was put on trial medication. She is still strong to this day with such a bubbly attitude and about to start school.
Without the care and love provided by Starship Hospital I don't know where my beautiful niece would be right now.
