Mental Health Awareness: Speak Up and Be The Voice

I have gone through numerous ups and downs in my life, just as everyone would have gone through. This can manifest in depression and thinking negative and even suicidal thoughts - I have experienced this and so has everyone else. Thankfully, for me, these thoughts have come to nothing. This is thanks to the courage to talk about these feelings and insecurities and the supportive friends who have lent an ear. I am grateful to friends who are willing to hear my insecurities and walk the journey with me.

We feel strongly about breaking the stigma and the negative connotation associated with speaking up about mental health and to encourage the freedom to share. Hence, we feel strongly about creating awareness for mental health and fundraising for Voices of Hope.
