We are running an event at Evolve Fitness Matamata on Friday July 1st of 12 classes in 12 hours to raise awareness around mental health. These classes will be tough and a mental challenge as well as physical, but nothing compared to what some kiwi’s have to deal with mentally every single day. Some people are doing all 12 classes! All for a great cause. All proceeds will go to Mike King’s I Am Hope foundation.
