Auckland
We are now 2/3 of the way through 2020 and what a year it has been. We have had many things to deal with as individuals, as nations and globally, and for many the struggle isn’t over yet. Thankfully there are organisations out there who offer support to help us deal with the day to day.
Lifeline Aotearoa are an amazing organisation who offer helplines, resources, counselling and more to people in New Zealand. They have been helping people in crisis for over 50 years, providing over 30,000 hours of helpline support every year and training up to 100 volunteers. Every day Lifeline help an average of 8-10 people who are at high risk of suicide. Further information can be found here https://www.lifeline.org.nz/
