I am doing Punch with Purpose to raise funds for I am Hope, their main purpose is to have a conversation about mental health and remove the stigma. Mainly aimed at young people and normalising opening up and seeking help.
I never had that conversation and instead let that big black dog descend over me as an adult.
I am Hope is making positive changes
