I'm scared of heights.
People are scared of counselling.
We need to overcome our fears sometimes because it's in our best interest. I want to lead by example and show that I can do this even though I'm scared of heights and the idea gives me slight anxiety. I want my family, friends and most of all my kids to see that even as adults we get scared ... but with support we can face those fears!

I have used Home and Family Counselling's services and they are absolutely amazing. This type of service is horrendously underfunded and under staffed.
MENTAL HEALTH IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS PHYSICAL HEALTH.
I'm doing what I can to help keep this service available as it's precious.
