Probity Consulting in Wellington is taking part in the Pencarrow Lighthouse Fun Run on 10 May to raise funds for three local charities.

An energetic team from Probity Consulting in Wellington are taking part in the Pencarrow Lighthouse Fun Run on 10 May to raise funds for three local charities.

The team of 13, made up from Probity employees, friends and family are planning on running and walking a total of 110 kms between them from Burdens Gate in Eastbourne to the historic Pencarrow Lighthouse and back.

The money raised is being donated to Skylight, Conductive Education Wellington and The Samaritans.

About the Charities:

• Skylight - offers a wide range of services to support those facing tough times of change, loss, trauma and grief. www.skylight.org.nz

• Conductive Education - provides a warm, friendly and well-resourced learning environment for pre-school children, from birth to six years, who have a disorder of neurological origin or motor disorder. http://www.cewellington.org.nz/

• The Samaritans - offers non-judgemental, confidential support to anyone who is lonely or in emotional distress. http://www.samaritans.org.nz/
