Raising money for Postnatal Depression
Ultimately I would love to do is bring more awareness to the cause and encourage people to talk about it and reach out for help if needed.

Postnatal Depression seems to be an off-limits topic, but why is that? For many reasons, like most mental health issues, Postnatal Depression also seems to be something people keep to themselves and sadly suffer in silence. It is stigmatised as a weakness which couldn't be further from the truth.
Postnatal Depression is far more common than people like to think, and can affect anyone.
