The Graeme Dingle Foundation has been helping young Kiwis reach their potential for 21 years through our school-based programmes.

For the last decade I have been leading large Commercial and Property banking teams, which proved particularly challenging through the Canterbury Earthquakes. Whilst a series of tragic events it gave me an insight into Cantabrians that I am not sure I would have ever witnessed had these never occurred. This insight distilled within me a real sense of needing to give back, to use my skills and experience to the betterment of Christchurch and New Zealand. At Kiwibank I get the chance to fulfill this need and I am enjoying every day doing it.

I'm getting involved because I know the challenges some of our children and youth face everyday. I also know that a key part of the success in our programmes is based on challenging participants by changing the perceptions of what they think they can achieve.
