The CATWALK Trust

I’m a keen Ocean Swimmer raising funds for the Catwalk Trust. I met Catriona Williams, the Trust Founder in May last year when she delivered an inspiring address about the Trust as well as some of her own incredible accomplishments. It then kick started me into a personal challenge to complete a Mile (1.6km) a Day sea swim regardless of wind, rain, weather or temperature. So far I’ve completed over 750kms and will continue until at least the end of this May with a target of 850kms. I began open water swimming in 2008 when I joined the world famous FurSeal group that swim all year round. I also belong to a Group of about a dozen or so swimmers stretching from Sth Africa, the UK, Europe & USA linked on Facebook whom are also completing the Mile a Day swim challenge raising funds for charity. Jennifer, my wife, is my legendary supporter particularly after swim event time in the wintry months when the odd shiver or two features !
