I'm running 100k to help Youthline support our youth.

Manawatu / Whanganui

In October of 2017, I will be running the 100k at the Taupo Ultramarathon. I'm aiming to raise money for Youthline to help our teenagers in times of stress.

New Zealand still has the highest rate of youth suicide in the developed world. This won't change unless we start to do something about it and support our youth through times of pressure and emotional upheaval.

I'm involved because, as a teacher, I see the stress that many teenagers go through. It is a growing problem and we need to tackle it together.
