To contribute in a small way will make the world of difference for Harry and his awesome family.
Otago
Harry was diagnosed with Cerebal Palsy when he was 6 weeks old. Ollie (his twin brother) and Harry got Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) when they were in Bex’s tummy which caused them to be born prematurely at 29 weeks. Unfortunately, Harry had two seizures when he was born, due to the stress he was under being the doner twin. He has spastic Diplegia CP in the muscles in his legs, making walking and other things difficult and sometimes painful. Bex and Hayden have had Harry accepted for surgery at St Louis Children’s Hospital in USA called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which will eliminate his spasticity in his legs and allow him the best chance to walk independently - totally life changing!!!!! The journey is very expensive and will cost their family approx $150,000.

We can proudly say that all six of us who were 'Running for Harry' successfully finished the Queenstown Half Marathon last weekend, and have had people contacting us wanting to contribute further. So, thank you!
