Let's increase our heart rate in support for those that can't

It is a privilege to be able to train at high intensity, as there are many in NZ that are unable to due to underlying heart conditions. Due to Covid, charities have taken a large financial impact, and this is a way that I can not only raise funds but also shine some light on a charity that flys under the radar.

There is an epic 4-Paws event that has been started by a sports Dr here in Christchurch to support those for better health with their furry friend.

It is an incredible event, and I want to give you the opportunity to choose what I am going to wear. Every donation that is made, gives you an opportunity to pick my costume - whether it be a tutu or wetsuit, the choice is yours!
