Shaving for Gumboot Friday!

Kia ora e te whānau,

This Tīhema 4th I will be shaving my hair in support of Gumboot Friday and the mahi that Mike King and his organisation do to address mental health in Aotearoa.

Iv had my battles with mental health, i live with anxiety and know that not one journey is ever the same and we all require different support and help at different times of our lives, for whatever reason that may be.

I know we are always told that its ok not to be ok, and that being vulnerable is a good thing, but actually doing and being vulnerable or speaking out is a whole other battle. So, tautoko mai e hoa mā! Help me fundraise some pūtea for Gumboot Friday and those who need our help.

I would love for you to tautoko me in any way that you can, whether it be $1 or $100, every cent counts. If you cant donate for whatever reason a share is just as meaningful and il be just as stoked! If you wanna shave your head with me then nau mai! lets do it. 4th of Dec is shave day and all donations will go to Gumboot Friday and my hair to Freedom wigs.
