Tri for Alan Tri for Life
Training for and competing in a triathlon to raise funds for Lifeline, and bring awareness to Mental Health and Suicide.Nationwide
In October 2017 I lost my brother Alan to suicide. Everyday many more families are joining this club that no one ever wants to be a part of.
Lifeline is working to lower these numbers by offering help and support to those that need it.
I am hoping to raise as much as I can to help this worthy organisation, and at the same time honour Alan's memory by training for and competing in a triathlon.
One of Alan's dreams had been to compete in an Ironman, so I know he will be there alongside me as I keep his dream alive.
Alan was the most generous and giving person that I know, and would be the first to put his hand in his pocket to help out anyone that needed it.
Any amount you can donate would be very much appreciated, and can help to save lives.
