We at Unit 54 are proud to be hosting "The Great Gumboot Commute" to support Gumboot Friday! Our members will collectively take on an epic journey, riding the length of State Highway 1 (2033km)—all on our gym's stationary bikes!

Gumboot Friday is an incredible initiative that provides free, fast, and accessible mental health support for young people in New Zealand. Every dollar raised goes directly towards funding counselling for kids in need.

We believe that fitness is more than just physical—it’s about community, mental well-being, and supporting each other. With your help, we can make a real difference in the lives of our youth. Please donate and help us reach our fundraising goal for this important cause!
