Ashleigh Thomas - Walking for Wishes

For the month of November I am taking part in the Bayleys Foundation Make-A-Wish walk for wishes campaign.

My goal is to walk 20,000 steps per day each day through November and raise at least $500 to help towards a childs wish. If I don't make 20,000 on a day, I will be donating $10 for that day.

Your help, with any contribution large or small would be greatly appreciated it assisting this great cause.

Bayleys Foundations Elite Partnership with Make-A-Wish NZ

As part of Bayleys culture and team building ethos we love to give back to the communities we work in and make a difference.

Bayleys Foundation is proud to be the elite partnership for Make-A-Wish New Zealand, helping to make wishes come true for young people from three year to 17 years with life threatening medical conditions.

Our Team is working with the Make-A-Wish New Zealand team to raise funds to grant meaningful wishes to kids to give them hope, strength and joy at a very difficult time in their lives.

Currently there are 400 eligible children diagnosed every year with a life threatening medical condition, of which Make-A-Wish New Zealand have been able to grant 200 of these wishes, across length and Breadth of the country. They Bayleys Foundation goal, along with Make-A-Wish is to be able to grant every eligible child's one true wish.
