The Stoddart Cottage Trust

Help us to grow and preserve our collection of Margaret Stoddart's original works in her childhood home by making a small donation.

Diamond Harbour, Canterbury

The Stoddart Cottage Trust oversees the preservation and care of the childhood home of the renowned artist Margaret Stoddart (1865-1934). The Gallery is open to visitors each weekend and hosts monthly exhibitions of local and New Zealand artists' works. The Trust also cares for a small but growing collection of Margaret Stoddart's original works held in the Gallery. Visitor donations are the main source of funds for the purchase and preservation of this collection, which is open to the public free of charge.
