Raise the profile and promote volunteering,
Facilitate community connections,
Provide information on voluntary opportunities,
Provide advice and support to people to enable them to make suitable choices about volunteering,
Work with Volunteering organisations to develop and maintain standards,
Advocate on behalf of volunteer.
We are a new orgnisation, about to open our doors in the Manawatu. We have modeled our services on similar ventures around NZ, and we are in constant contact with other centres, and Volunteering New Zealand. We look forward to being able to provide services and support our local community.
