The heart of our approach is a residential programme which addresses the root causes of the young woman's issues and behaviours. The focus is on teaching the young women to understand who they are and how they can become restored physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Our practical and holistic approach to the underlying issues changes more than behaviour - it changes hearts and minds and breaks destructive cycles. Since opening in 2007 A Girl Called Hope has seen many young women integrate back into their communites leading full and healthy lives
