Southland
Our volunteers provide marine search and rescue services on the dangerous Foveaux Strait and Stewart Island.
In the last six years we have been involved in the rescues of 103 people. Most notably the rescue of Dallas Ready from the Easy Rider tragedy.
We are a group of 25 volunteers who train to be ready at any time of the day or night to search and rescue people in trouble at sea.
