The philosophy of SAFFAS Pay It Forward is that we can change 1 life at a time, that through acts of kindness amongst strangers, we all foster a more caring society.

We each have the opportunity every day to show someone kindness.

We can volunteer with a program to clean up our community.

We can volunteer to help someone learn to read or find a job.

We can provide a meal to someone, help with missing persons.

Our main objective is to be completely transparent,and that we are built on complete trust and confidentiality.

What we do

HOW DO WE PAY IT FORWARD?

One example#We got together to raise funds to pay for a food hamper for a family who had nothing to eat. We were so inspired by what we achieved and who we became within that project, along with the encouragement and support we got from others, we were moved to forward that experience in some way.

“One good deed might not seem like much, but if everyone did something good for someone else, then the cycle of generosity and kindness can spark us to become better people”

•Relieve poverty in NZ by providing food and clothes to people in need.

•Providing jobs search engines for unemployed individuals where possible.

•Help other organisations set up events and programmes to fight against abuse and domestic violence in NZ. All profits made by this will go into the community.

•Help end human trafficking in New Zealand through working with different organisations specialising in the field of human trafficking missing persons. Raising awareness through campaigns.

•Raise funds through events and programmes to assist elderly and widowed people with disabilities by helping with transport and care.

•Developing and providing positive programmes and schemes for young people in trouble and that is lost in society.

•Provide care for the sick by raising funds for better care, people who don’t have enough money for surgeries.

We need help with doing all this in the community, we are trying to raise funds for a big Christmas community lunch in South Auckland for 400 people max,please help us?
