Community Energy Action (CEA) is a charitable trust committed to healthy homes, with a focus on keeping our most vulnerable warm.
We provide free or subsidised insulation, free recycled curtains, and independent energy advice to help make homes warmer.
Over the last 30 years, CEA has installed insulation in more than 30,000 homes. We have given advice to many tens of thousands of homeowners and tenants, and distributed recycled curtains to more than 10,000 homes
