Update for 04/08/2014  4 August 2014

We have started fundraising towards the new Charles Rooking Carter statue which is to be positioned in the upgraded Millennium Park on the corner of Belvedere Rd and High St in Carterton. The total cost of the Statue is $98,000 of which our Club has proposed to raise all of it. The Carterton District Council has agreed to fund the upgrade of the park so the new statue is positioned to be as attractive as possible to Tourists and our own local community.
