DOG-abled is an organisation created by the founder of BARK NZ, Heather Laanbroek, to provide safe dog experiences for children with physical, emotional, behavioural or intellectual challenges or vulnerabilities.
Our visits are run in conjunction with support from parents, teachers, and/or caregivers to offer audience appropriate experiences with a focus on pet therapy, animal companionship and animal assisted learning.
