Orientation Aotearoa

Orientation Aotearoa

Orientation Aotearoa provides innovative, hands-on education to young aspiring change-makers in Aotearoa.

Wellington

Our vision: connected, inspired and empowered young people creating positive change. In 2016 we will run our 2nd 8-month residential programme, giving 20 young people (aged 18-28) the opportunity to learn from some of New Zealand's leading minds. OA supports young people to explore local and global challenges and develop skills and experience to take meaningful action in the world.

We are inspired by an emerging network of innovative experiential learning programmes across the world including the International Youth Initiative Programme in Sweden (YIP).

Fundraiser: OA Ceilidh  7 December 2014

What: OA Ceilidh

When: Sun 14th Dec 2014

Where: Aro Valley Community Hall

Who: YOU & ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

Right folks, dust off your dancing shoes and join OA for our fundraising Ceilidh at Aro Valley Hall. It's the opportunity to kick up your heels, dance yourself dizzy and celebrate with us before Christmas. No matter if this is your first ever Ceilidh or your 100th Ceilidh, we summon you to the dance-floor!

The event is an OA FUNdraiser. There is no set door charge, but we will have a koha basket and all your gifts go straight towards Orientation Aotearoa costs. We invite your generosity and support!

Chlli Jam band have gifted their time and energy to provide wonderful toe-tapping music for the evening and we have several teachers calling the dances.

There will be some light refreshments (you are welcome to bring along a plate of nibbles).

Pass this on and see you there!
