Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we are not able to fundraise as per usual.

GROW is a self-help through mutual help programme. Assisting anyone experiencing mental distress. We are volunteers and do not receive government funding. It is important for us to remain open as we use the facilities not only for meetings but also for educating, as well as administration.
Any donation made will be greatly appreciated and used to reach those in need.

GROW is a volunteer association of people who know they need a stabilising influence to correct a mental, social or spiritual condition in their life and who earnestly desire to change and are willing to help one another grow to personal maturity.
