Thanks to Richard Holt and the team at HopeWorks Foundation and Wellington Health Unit. Without their knowledge and expertise. I would not be on this earth today..... Thank you for IBM management team (Dave, Anthony and Robert), my friends and family help me through the toughest two years of my life. Please make any Donates to https://www.givealittle.co.nz/org/Hopeworks It has been a big challenge living with bipolar (manic depression) disorder the last couple of years. With all the crazy ups (mania) and downs (depression). The NZ health system has so many fault that it taken two years near to get me the right help/medication. TED Talks on Bipolar: https://www.ted.com/…/joshua_walters_on_being_just_crazy_en… I was first interest in NZ health care after taken a paper Emerging Issues in Information Technology (which contain a section on e-health) at Massey University. After experiencing how crap the NZ health care system is I'm determine to help make a change in anyway possible. I many ideas and actions to chance the health care system in NZ. But I can't do it alone. My first plan is to get the resources of for help (mental illness) noticed but the general public. So people know where to ask or get help if they are suffering from a mental illness and don't end up commit suicide. I think all the Member of Parliament should use the public health system and see how long it takes them to get treated...... They probably have private health as apart of there salary package. Where to next from here for me: I currently unemployed. But my next goal is to get a job as a Technical Consult working with HopeWorks Foundation or on behave of the Ministry of Health. To utilize technology to monitor patient health care, which the doctors can remotely view and make assessments. Yes this of research needs investing in. For more information on monitoring health using technology read Trackers: How Technology Is Helping Us Monitor and Improve Our Health by Richard MacManus

Good News travels fast. Hopeworks is hope for all those caught up in the tangle web that restricts folks with mental conditions from leading a full life.
