Mackenzie Guardians

You can help the Society by donating funds to ensure Mackenzie Guardians can continue to participate in processes which address current threats to the Mackenzie Basin landscape and native biodiversity. These include: the ‘greening’ of the landscape, the reduced naturalness and modification of the Mackenzie’s dryland grassland character, the intensification of agriculture, increased invasive wilding pines, a proliferation of industrial style buildings/structures, new residential subdivision, and the ongoing decline of native species distinctive to the Mackenzie.
