Minds for Minds

Minds for Minds Trust raises funds to support autism research in New Zealand, joining the global quest to find the genes responsible.

Auckland

Minds for Minds supports New Zealand researchers from The University of Auckland who are working with the Centre for Brain Research to understand autism spectrum disorder and why the brain differs. There is a major focus on underlying genetics and gene sequencing.

Results can be immediately beneficial to families who are affected.

This perplexing condition affects many New Zealanders and the need to find answers and develop solutions is urgent.

For neurologist, Dr Rosamund Hill, it is more than a field of research – her own son Claude is profoundly autistic. Watch the video as she explains the motivation behind Minds for Minds.

Donations support the work of the researchers and the cost of the gene sequencing.
