Help create a nature-based Steiner school where children stay connected to nature and become the unique individuals they were born to be.

Our children’s future depends on us and they need us to create positive change.
A healthy child, a healthy environment and a healthy society are all interconnected. Children need a holistic educational environment that encourages connection to self, connection to nature and connection to others. They need truth, beauty and goodness. They need to become the unique individuals they were born to be. Only then can they become the next generation of positive change-makers.
The very purpose of Steiner education is to enable every student to fully develop their unique gifts and capacities so they can become agents of positive change in the world. It is an ethical education that encourages social and environmental responsibility with a deep connection to nature. It is a holistic education that engages the head, the heart and the hands. It gives students the foundations to become motivated citizens of the world, confident in their creativity and their ability to overcome any challenge.
With your support, the Motueka Steiner School is building a new nature-based farm campus where classroom learning is supported with hands-on outdoor learning and nature time. A school where students learn through practical and meaningful projects on a biodynamic farm. A school and farm that is a working model of environmental care and social justice.
These students will take hope, skills and confidence out into a troubled world. Imagine the creative solutions they will find! Children need this school, we all need this school.
