MS Communities funds and organises dozens of free IT Events focused on Microsoft technologies across New Zealand

We provide a way for experts to donate time and give back to the IT community through free IT events. We provide funding to cover the operating costs of IT user groups and larger free IT events.
Each year we fund more than 60 User Group events across New Zealand and organised two Code Camp events in Auckland and Christchurch. More than 2000 people attended user groups across New Zealand in the last 12 months and our two Code Camp events had more than 150 attendees each.

Code Camp Auckland 27 September 2014
MS Communities Code Camp was held on Saturday 13th September 2014. Code Camp is a free community IT Event held at AUT. This year more than 160 people attended 24 presentations covering Software Development, Infrastructure, SQL and Business Intelligence topics. This yearfs presenters included a number of Microsoft MVPfs and several TechEd presenters, who all gave up their time to give a little back to the IT community. Thank you to our sponsors and organisers. We look forward to doing it all again next year.
