The Manawatu Stewart Centre provides positive community-based rehabilitation in partnership with people who have acquired brain injury.

We focus on empowering clients and their whanau/family. We utilise an individual client’s goals, interests and aspirations as a basis of rehabilitation.

We promote authentic client involvement in their programme. We empower clients to develop personal strategies that promote their own independence.

The Stewart Centre maintains certification against ISO Quality Management systems and Home and Community Support sector standards.

We regularly review the way we do business and how we achieve a consistent and high quality service. This is based on evidence based practice, and systems, structures and processes that are in line with our quality assurance framework.
