Organisation details

Neighbourhood Support Waimea Inc was established in November 2012 and took over the set up of neighbourhood support streets from the Police. A part time coordinator was appointed to work 20hrs per week to continue to set up groups in the Richmond/Waimea region. As of 4th October we have 148 Street Groups in the region. This has shown to be very successful and their is more room to grow. Our community is a lot closer and more aware of what activities are happening in their Neighbourhood due to our Organisation
