Nga Taonga Sound & Vision - The New Zealand Archive of Film, Television and Sound

Nga Taonga Sound & Vision is committed to collecting, protecting and sharing NZ’s audiovisual heritage with the widest possible audience.

Wellington

Nga Taonga Sound & Vision is New Zealand's national audiovisual archive.

We are an independent Charitable Trust, dedicated to caring for a large and diverse collection spanning Aotearoa’s sound and moving image history – from the earliest days of cinema, audio recording and television, to contemporary film, television, advertisements, music videos, computer games and radio productions. This includes amateur recordings, public broadcasts and commercially released productions

We believe strongly in preserving these taonga so that they can be enjoyed by current and future generations, and are grateful for any donations to assist with this work.
