Set-up in July 2015, the Oamaru Wolfpack is a grass roots Men's support and wellness group, run completely by volunteers. Our aim is to help remove barriers stopping Men from seeking help, amongst a few other things. Our organisation is in the process of expanding and renovating our Men's centre at Weston, kindly donated to us by a local business. This is where we have our fortnightly group work sessions, a lot of unified growth is found through shared experience during our group work. We plan to build a Gym, safe space, raised vege garden beds and other projects to help Men find some calm and the road to wellness. With your help we can make a difference and continue to build hope amongst Men, to show that their is a healthy way through the darkness.

More about us

Set-up in July 2015, the Oamaru Wolfpack is a call for change, a ray of hope, a support network for men who are finding things a bit tough. We aim to support those who need a hand, while breaking the stigma of mental illness.
