In July 2014, up to 30 junior rugby players (U12 grade) from the Poneke Rugby Club will travel to the Gold Coast to partake in a rugby car

Players are also required to undertake fundraising themselves to help build an appreciation of the effort required for them to reap the reward. We want our kids to form memories and friendships that stay with them for life - this is not a team that has been formed around abilities - it's based on "opportunity".
The tour committee has planned a full programme of activities and events for the coming 9 months. We have a range of events happening "behind the scenes" (such as selling Club Beanies, BBQs, Chocolates & Olive Oils), as well as "big ticket events" coming up (such as a market day, Halloween Disco, Poker Night & Quiz Night).
