ReCreate clothing is produced in our sewing centre in the disadvantaged community of Dey Tmey, Cambodia. Established in 2013, the centre provides fair employment for our sewing team, predominantly women, in order to empower them to protect their families, gain a lifelong skill and embrace hope for a better future.

Since then, our sewing centre has trained new students every year, while maintaining a core team of fully trained garment makers. Each student is trained in the whole process of garment production from design and pattern-making right through to the creation of a complete garment, while receiving a wage to support themselves and their families as they learn. Our garment production team are fairly employed under excellent and empowering working conditions which include living wages, a range of benefits, and ongoing opportunities to improve their skills.
