We save lives and alleviate the suffering of people affected by war and armed conflict.
Auckland
ReliefAid saves the lives of people affected by armed conflict and natural disasters through independent and impartial humanitarian action.
We deliver emergency aid to people affected by conflicts around the world. In the countries where we work, we have a team on the ground who deliver humanitarian aid directly to those in need; we know our aid cannot wait.
We currently operate in Ukraine, Syria, and Afghanistan delivering life-saving supplies of medicines, food, and shelter and providing educational materials and programmes to children displaced by war.
In addition to direct humanitarian action, we speak out on behalf of the men, women and children whose voices are so often silenced by these conflicts.
ReliefAid needs your help, we cannot do this alone.
Donate today to help us meet the immediate and urgent needs of families who have been left with nothing but fear and uncertainty.

ReliefAid helps families who are caught in the crossfire of war and have no one else to turn to.
We work directly on the ground where others are unable or unwilling to go in conflict-affected countries, providing life-saving aid.
ReliefAid responds to the Syrian Earthquake. 17 February 2023
Because of your generosity, we have been able to quickly respond to the needs of earthquake survivors in Syria, while still working in Ukraine to deliver essential aid.
In Syria our team has been hard at work distributing aid to community centres which have been set up in tents, schools and other buildings to house families who have lost everything.
In each centre 150 - 200 families live crammed in next to one another. They have only the clothes they ran from their homes in. Thanks to you, our teams are delivering emergency aid to them right now. Children have food, families have blankets, mothers have formula for their babies– because of your donations.
Our team in Turkey have been staying up through the night making blankets to ensure families in Syria would have warmth come morning, making 1,000 blankets in one night. The team continues to create and distribute blankets to families living in makeshift tents.
It has been reported that over 5 million people will need shelter as a result of this event. How many children will have been affected? Our BounceBack4Syria project that works to build resilience in children living in the camps will be even more essential to help children through the impacts of earthquake on top of war.
We will not stop doing whatever it takes to help families in Turkey and Syria recover. But we cannot do it alone: please share our work with your contacts so we can reach more families.
It is in times of such utter tragedy that the need for humanity is at its greatest. We thank you for your humanity and your willingness to provide emergency aid to families who are experiencing the unimaginable right now.

ABOUT RELIEFAID IN SYRIA
ReliefAid has been operating in Syria since 2015. Our team is no stranger to disaster. They delivered aid to families in the rubble of their homes in Aleppo city following airstrikes. They reluctantly left Aleppo before it fell, joining millions displaced in NW Syria. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to support families in the area hit hardest by the earthquake.
Thank you for walking alongside us in this work.
“You really can change the world if you care enough.” Thanks for caring for those in real need right now Enia.
“You really can change the world if you care enough.” and your actions show you do care.
The news in Gaza is not getting any better and a speedy solution to the food crisis seems some way off. It is also disappointing that Ukraine doesn’t appear to be getting anywhere near resolved. Your support as we continue to work in these areas of great need is essential so thank you once again for sticking by us in our work.
Woohoo! Thats a whole heap of children having extreme amounts of fun thanks to you ! While they are having fun they are building resilience skills all the time. On a more serious side though you are helping to spread peace and family harmony at a time when the world needs every bit it can get. This project has shown that the benefits are not only for each child but spread to the parents the whole family and the community. It also shows that though we may live far away we are able to have a positive impact on those who need it so much. Kia kaha! Nga Mihi nui! Berndette Stockman Education Manaager.
