Supporting health, education and community development projects throughout Vanuatu, and the wider South Pacific.
International
Sailing with Purpose (and it's official Charitable Trust, Equip Vanuatu) works alongside Ni-Vanuatu communities in the areas of health, education and community development. The trust was established in 2015, after founding trustees were caught up in Cyclone Pam and the post-cyclone clean-up.
After 4 years of coming and going to Vanuatu, Rob and Kerri Price are now moving to the island nation more permanently. Living aboard their 50ft catamaran, they are volunteering full-time with Equip Vanuatu and will continue their work supporting communities in need. All money raised via this page will go directly to Equip Vanuatu projects and programmes on the ground.
What do the projects look like?
Equip Vanuatu works in the area of health, education and community development, but specific projects are developed based on community need. While projects are always evolving, the current focus is on the professional development of teachers in community schools and medical outreaches to remote islands.
Equip Vanuatu is the official charitable trust of Sailing with Purpose. The trust exists to support Ni-Vanuatu families through the challenges of poverty and works in the areas of health, education and community development.
