Savong's School provides students in impoverished rural Cambodia a boost to reach their potential; includes university scholarships.
Located in rural Cambodia, Savong's School provides free education to primary and secondary school students - as well as full university scholarships to the top students: to break the poverty cycle and help these young people achieve their full potential.
Savong's School in Siem Reap Cambodia opened in 2005 and teaches both primary and secondary students (languages and computing) as well as providing scholarships to the top students so they can attend university (laptop, living allowance, fees and transport.) Largely funded by researcher Duncan Stuart, it is time to share this rewarding project with other supporters. For this we've set up a registered charity: The Cambodian Rural Schools Trust - and this ensures all support goes directly to the target. Is there a more effective gift than education?
