Solo Parents NZ Trust

Solo Parents NZ Trust is a registered charity with an aim to support, educate and connect solo parents in New Zealand. Our charity is completely volunteer based, and we are grateful to have a team of people contributing their time and skills to support us.

We currently offer a supportive forum with three thousand members nationwide, small events that are child focused or adult only, referrals to other more specialized agencies, our website and free family law seminars.

We would like to offer social work support, counseling and more free seminars as soon as possible. It is our hope that in time, our free seminars and services will become nationally recognized and utilized by solo parent families.

We believe it takes a village to raise a child - we want to be a part of that village and connect solo parents within their own communities. A supported solo parent is a healthier and happier parent and we believe this directly impacts our communities and future generations.
