You may not know this, but St John is a charity and is not fully government funded, we rely on the public's financial support to help us provide a wide range of life-saving ambulance services and community care services across the Bream Bay area, which extends from Oakleigh through to Mangawhai and everywhere in-between.
St John Bream Bay attends a variety of incidents from medical emergencies, accidents to pre-arranged transfers and community events. Each month we attend around 60-70incidents with the busiest being the summer month of January which usually sees us responding to just over 100 call outs.
