Donate now, 1 Period Relief Pack = $10!
There is on-going need for people with periods to be able to access period products and educational information about their period cycles all around the country.
The Period Place will be helping Kiwi's who get their periods manage them safely with period products (not nappies, old rags or newspapers), and provide them with the information they need (via a brochure) - from learning about periods for the first time, to having the gaps in their knowledge filled in.
Our Period Relief Packs contains two packets of Regular Pads by Organic Initiative to get through one period cycle, a comprehensive brochure from Nest Consulting about periods, and information on how to contact The Period Place for further period products or education the receiver of the pack may need.
1 Period Relief Pack = $10*.
These packs will be going directly to our organisational partners nationwide. From the 11th of May, our packs are collated and distributed on a bi-monthly basis. Please consider topping up the Give A Little fee so that we can get more packs out to people!
For more detailed information, visit our website www.theperiodplace.co.nz.
*Note: We are a charity! As such we run off your kind donations. So from the 11th May, The Period Place will be allocating a small, nominal amount from each pack towards the costs associated with collating these packs.
More about us

That's 1,200 periods taken care of already 🩸🩸🩸
We're 12% to target - if you're stoked to see what we're doing, and the impact we're making in Aotearoa with your help, then please share this with your friends and whānau online.
What you would have spent on a couple of coffees this week, or on petrol or public transport is enough to give someone a hand this month managing their period, so they can focus on the important stuff.
Keep up the mahi you bloody legends!
