The House of Grace

At the House of Grace we work directly with teens, helping them to gain parenting skills, learn household management and develop the skills and knowledge to parent successfully. We provide accommodation and education throughout pregnancy as well as up to 6 months after the birth of their baby. Whether a teen chooses to parent or is considering adoption, we are here to help them learn practical life skills and make a plan for their future. Through encouragement and practical teaching, young mums are built up to be confident mothers, capable of raising children within healthy family environments. Each teen receives a holistic individualised programme to suit their needs. We also work alongside professionals in the community to help young women continue their education, overcome personal challenges, break free from issues that may be holding them back and move on to a future full of hope and purpose. As a non-profit and non –government funded organisation, we rely on donations and grants from people who share our heart to see young lives changed. With your support we can provide a positive start in life for a new generation of families and help young Mum's plan for a brighter future.
