Wellington After-Care Association.

We support people to enjoy active participation in their communities, to learn new skills and build meaningful relationships with others. We offer a range of services for disabled adults which provide appropriate learning programmes, activities, and support, based on expressed client needs; to encourage independence and a better quality of life in the areas of home, work and leisure.

Wellington After-Care Association is one of the oldest established charities, providing services for adults with intellectual/psychiatric disabilities for 82 years in the Wellington region.

Recent achievements include 13 young adults delivering meals on wheels, 4 carrying out the Young New Zealander’s challenge and 22 expressing themselves through music therapy.
